Who we are

What we collect
When you use the callback form: your name, phone number, the service you selected, and anything you type in the notes box. We use it to call you back about your enquiry. We do not ask for your email address.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, confirmed by a link we send you. Used only to send the newsletter.
Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) which our host keeps for security and troubleshooting, and a small number of cookies described below.
Cookies
This site sets cookies to remember whether you dismissed the cookie notice and whether you chose light or dark mode. Both are stored in your own browser and are never sent to us. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in, which applies only to staff.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing companies or data brokers. We do not run advertising trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
How long we keep it
Callback requests are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same job. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (630) 937-3548 and tell us what you want and we will do it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in any email. You can clear this site’s cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Third parties
The site is hosted by DreamHost, whose servers process requests to it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google. The Contact page embeds a Google map of our address, which loads only when that page is opened. We do not control those companies’ own policies.

If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the bottom of the page.
