What happens next
One of us calls you back — Rick, Jack or Andy, the same day during working hours. Not a call centre and not an automated system.
We ask what you have noticed. That usually narrows it down faster than anything else, and it tells us whether this is an ordinary booking or something that should jump the queue.
We give you a starting price on the call. The published figures are on the pricing page and we will tell you honestly what might move them.
Then we book a time, seven days a week, 7am to 8pm.
If it is an emergency — smoke in the room, flames or roaring in the flue, or a carbon monoxide alarm — do not use this form. Get everyone out, call the fire service, then call us on (630) 937-3548.
Questions about booking
How soon will you call back?
The same day, during working hours. If you send it late in the evening it will be first thing.
Do I have to use the form?
No, and calling is faster. The form is for when it is not a convenient moment to talk.
Do you need my email address?
No. We ask for a phone number because that is how we get back to you.
What if I do not know what service I need?
Pick “Not sure yet”. Most people do not know, and working it out is part of the call.
Is there a charge for the callback?
No.
Can I request a specific day?
Yes, tell us in the notes and we will do our best. Seven days a week gives us reasonable flexibility.
What if my chimney is an emergency right now?
Do not use the form. Get everyone out, call the fire service, then call us directly.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to call you back about your enquiry and nothing else. See the privacy policy.
